Product Manager: As a product manager, you will have massive impact: you will help define product strategy, translate big ideas into experiences that add efficiency and delight our clients and drive business growth.

What you’ll do
  • Report directly to the CEO, who will give you accelerated coaching and mentoring.
  • You will learn how to design and build category-leading business process, collaboration and project management products — i.e. make something people want.
  • You will learn how to grow SMB enterprise software and create a quality brand — i.e. make people want what you make.
  • You will learn how to build a product-first culture that attracts the best talent for years to come.
  • Build your team as ClikNview scales.
  • Liaise directly with ClikNview's Global Development Team to delegate updates and continued functionality support for the product.
  • Delight and empower users with experiences that saves them time and resources while facilitating a more successful process.
  • Technologies we use: Ruby on Rails, React JS.
Sound like you?
  • Product Experience: You have built and launched a substantial app or product of your own — or — you have 2 years of professional product management experience.
  • Technical Background: You have a computer science or technical degree — or — have 3 years of software engineering experience.
  • Artistic Sensibility: You have great taste for visual and interaction design. You enjoy artistic pursuits, and have avenues for creative expression.
  • Written Communication: You are concise, thorough, and have impeccable grammar. You care about language, and enjoy writing for its own sake.

Client Success Specialist: As a Client Success Spe cialist you will become an important member of the Client Support team, influence the company's continued success, and represent ClikNview to its customers.

What you’ll do
  • Assist customers with all aspects of our software via phone, chat, email and screen-sharing sessions, with a primary focus on client satisfaction.
  • Become a ClikNview product expert and help clients succeed by identifying creative solutions to unique workflow needs.
  • Efficiently handle customer cases and track personal performance utilizing FreshDesk Support Software.
  • Be a part of a tight-knit team, working together to provide best in class technical support and maintaining a collegiate, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Troubleshoot and submit bugs to our development teams and act as the project manager for all identified bugs through the process (from bug ticket creation through resolution).
  • Champion customer needs internally by providing feedback and escalating cases, ensuring that they receive the attention they deserve.

  • Conduct high volume prospecting for qualified leads through outbound calls and emails.
